It was winnie-the-pooh themed.. we made "hunny"pot centerpieces and named all of the food after the characters (pooh's pasta, Roo's rolls, owl's wings, rabbit's garden vegetables, christopher robin's crackers & cheese, Kanga's Keilbasa, Tigger's treats <rice crispies>, & Eeyore's Excellent chips & dip!)
We had SO much help preparing for this party! I spent months thinking about how I wanted to do this shin-dig and got a lot of great ideas from pinterest.com as well as my very creative mom & husband who helped with the home-made crafts! We made our own centerpieces, food labels, food and favors!
We got lots of help with setting up the hall and preparing the food, and even help with clean up too! We have some really awesome friends and family members who are always there for us and if you are reading this.. you know who you are and WE LOVE YOU :)
The big boy was very well behaved and got passed around like crazy, he enjoyed visiting with all of his guests! The best part of his day was definitely destroying his cake..he made quite a mess!! By the end of the day he was passed out.. what a party-pooper!! hehe.
Collin... is one spoiled baby!! He now has many, many toys to fill up his toy box that Daddy built him for his birthday! He also got lots of clothes, books, diapers and food. We are very lucky and blessed to have been given so much. Thank you to all it was a great day!
