We had a very busy week with Collin! It started with NICU follow up clinic which went pretty well. We got to see nurse Terry and Dr. Bulanowski! We found out he now weighs 15 lbs 4.5 oz and he was 25.5 inches :) Growth so great that they dropped 2 of his extra calories and will now be eating 22cal bottles. He does great with tracking and is very social. He smiles a ton and is starting to coo and giggle more often. He is following along well with the adjusted age and is acting like a normal 3 month old (even though he's really 6 mos.) The one downside "bad news" from out appointment is that the physical therapist feels he has low tone in his upper body, as in he should have better head control and they would like to see him use his hands more like batting and holding/being aware of his hands more. We will most likely start seeing the physical therapist twice a week to work on the weak areas. We have been working with him at home with some new exercises along with extra tummy time and have already noticed improvements.
We also had a follow up with a pediatric opthamologist today (eye dr) and everything is looking well :)
